Blood orange and gin “ a match made in heaven! This marmalade is made in our usual chunky style using the whole orange.
The gin adds a lovely complexity to the sweet blood orange marmalade.

We make our marmalade using the whole orange which is finely sliced and then cooked with sugar, lemon juice and some water. This produces a chunky marmalade which is full of rind but lovely and sweet.
