Erysimum - Bowles Mauve

A hybrid perennial wallflower producing masses of purple flowers for much of the year. The mauve flowers are not as large as some other wallflowers, but do look fabulous against the grey green foliage. As with all the other wallflowers, Bowles Mauve is tolerant of a wide range of garden conditions and needs very little water and likes a well drained soil. Bowles Mauve shares the honour (with about 40 other plants) of being named after the renowned British horticulturist, E A Bowles.
