Preferred by the French, it is reputedly the most flavoursome Thyme with a stronger and sweeter taste. With narrow and delicate greyish-green leaves and pink flowers, it produces an abundance of foliage over a long growing season.

How to Plant: Seeds are very small, so scatter a few along a shallow trench line and water in. Keep moist, not wet, until the seeds have germinated; this will take between 6 “ 8 weeks.
