Soil Free draining with plenty of compost. When growing in pots ensure you use a good quality potting mix (quality is typically correlated to price...)

How to Plant Sow seeds directly into the veggie patch. Seeds are small so will require thinning out once germinated. They will take 3 “ 5 weeks to germinate.

How to Plant: Seeds are very small, so scatter a few along a shallow trench line and water in. Keep moist, not wet, until the seeds have germinated; this will take between 6 “ 8 weeks.

How to Plant: Early in the season sow in trays, however once sufficiently warm sow directly into the garden near your tomatoes. Plant two seeds in each hole and water in. Keep moist, not wet, until germination.
