A different type of spirit, Calvados begins its journey as a cider. Four types of apples can be used in this process: sweet, bittersweet, bitter and bittersharp. After several stages of pressing and fermenting, the cider is distilled in oak barrels for at least two years.
Thankfully, you don’t have to wait over two years to get your hands on a bar of the delicious Calvados French Brandy, Tea Cake Spice and Apple nougat.
