Poeticus Recurvus has crystal white petals with a small banded yellow, green and red cup. A pheasant's eye daffodil, seldom offered and highly desirable. Late season blooming. Full sun.
Pack of 3 bulbs

Hardy and bright, nothing heralds the start of spring like the Daffodils. Their bold, long lasting blooms emerge in late winter through to early spring and make for exceptional cut flowers Daffodils need a full sun to part shade position, with well drained soil.

Prepare your beds to a depth of 20cm, ensuring the soil is light and fluffy. Your bulbs should be planted with the 'fat end down and we suggest leaving 10cm in between each bulb. Cover the bulbs with approx 6cm of soil. Bulbs should be planted prior to the end of July.

Daffodils grow well in pots! Select a high quality potting mix, suitable for bulb growing. Plant as above. Keep the pot in a sunny position, remembering to keep the bulbs watered until dormancy. Do not place the pot in a saucer of water - this will cause bulb rot. Daffodils do not require yearly lifting or refrigeration and can be left undisturbed for many years. If you wish to divide your clumps, harvest the bulbs in early summer and store in a cool, dry location (garage) in a breathable bag until planting the following autumn.
